Commencement Information for Faculty

ACC commencement is the highlight of the academic year.

Faculty participation is encouraged as we endeavor to create a meaningful occasion for our graduates and their guests.

Information about faculty participation and detailed instructions for the event will be sent to participating faculty two weeks before the ceremony.

The HEB Center has a bag policy for all guests. See information about HEB Center policies. Additionally, the HEB Center does not allow guests to carry in gifts, helium balloons, or signs.

Parking at the HEB Cedar Park Center

Parking at the HEB Center is plentiful and is free for ACC graduation ceremony attendees and guests

Optional Shuttle Bus Transportation

Faculty and staff can catch the shuttle bus from the Highland Campus parking garage to the HEB Cedar Park Center. Free parking is available in the Highland Campus parking garage.

The shuttle bus picks up from and returns to the northwest side of the Highland Campus, South parking garage before and after the ceremony. The shuttle bus will depart the Highland Parking Garage area at 4 p.m.

The return shuttle bus will leave the HEB Center shortly after the ceremony.

For mobility-impaired passengers, vehicle drivers may drop off or pick up passengers at the accessible entrance to the HEB Cedar Park Center.
