Transfer-In to ACC from Another School
If you are a prospective F-1 international student looking to transfer into ACC, please review the application requirements as an F-1 Transfer student. Visit the International Student Application Requirements for more information.
ACC does not have a Transfer-In form. Please contact your DSO to transfer your SEVIS record to ACC: Highland (School SEVIS Code: SNA214F01600018) after being admitted to ACC.
Transferring with a Terminated or Completed SEVIS Record
The International Student Office, reserves the right to deny a student’s request for an ACC Reinstatement Form I-20 based on a terminated, completed or otherwise deactivated SEVIS record. The International Student Office will consider a Transfer F-1 student’s reinstatement request only if the student provides sufficient evidence to support the reinstatement petition. Students interested in applying for reinstatement with USCIS should contact [email protected] with a detailed letter explaining the following:
- Explain the circumstances that resulted in your F-1 status being terminated.
- Explain why you are interested in enrolling at ACC and how an ACC education will help you meet your educational objective.
- A statement from your previous DSO explaining when and why your SEVIS record was terminated.
Students with a deactivated SEVIS record may also have the option to travel outside the U.S. to make a re-entry with a new I-20. F-1 students must have a valid F-1 visa, or renew the F-1 visa outside the U.S., prior to re-entering the U.S.
SEVIS Transfer-Out of ACC to Another Institution

- Submit a copy of your Acceptance Letter from the new institution showing which semester you have been admitted.
