On-campus appointments are at Riverside Campus (1020 Grove Blvd, Austin, Texas 78741 – Map). The office is in Building G, Room 8105.
*No appointment is needed to obtain a travel signature, but you must come in person to have your I-20 signed.

You can meet with International Student Office staff without an appointment Monday through Friday. See times and other information below. For virtual sessions, you will be placed in the virtual waiting room until your turn to see a Designated Student Official (DSO).
- Mondays and Wednesdays: 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. CT
- Tuesdays: 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. CT
- Thursdays: 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. CT
- Fridays: 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. CT
