rates<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Payment Plans<\/h2>\n<p>Need help paying your tuition? ACC offers <a href=\"https:\/\/admissions.austincc.edu\/tuition-costs\/payment-plans\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"59\">interest-free payment plans<\/a>, allowing you to stretch payments over three installments. You must make the first down payment by the tuition deadline. You may also want to explore <a href=\"https:\/\/www.austincc.edu\/students\/financial-aid\/explore-your-financial-aid\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">financial aid<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.austincc.edu\/students\/scholarships\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">scholarship<\/a> opportunities.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Payment Options<\/h2>\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\"><div class=\"list\"><p class=\"trigger\"><a href=\"#\">Methods of payment<\/a><\/p><div class=\"toggle_container\"><div class=\"block\"><\/p>\n<p>Your payment must be for the exact amount due; partial payments or overpayments are NOT accepted.<\/p>\n<p>Accepted methods of payment: <\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Checks, money orders (U.S.), and cashier\u2019s checks drawn from U.S. banks.<\/li>\n<li>Credit cards (American Express, Discover, Mastercard, or Visa) for online payments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>ACC does NOT accept two-party checks, foreign money orders, checks drawn from foreign banks, or temporary checks.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pay Online<\/h4>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/secure.touchnet.com\/C20395_tsa\/web\/caslogin.jsp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Pay online<\/a> with a credit card, debit card, or e-check.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pay by Mail<\/h4>\n<p>Pay by mail with a check or money order. Please contact <a href=\"mailto:b2p@austincc.edu\"><strong>b2p@austincc.edu<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Insufficient Funds \u2013 Returned Items or Chargebacks<\/h4>\n<p>A $25 service fee applies for any items returned (ACH, chargeback, stop payment) unpaid for any reason by your financial institution. Current classes may be dropped on the next tuition deadline and a <a href=\"https:\/\/admissions.austincc.edu\/registration\/student-holds\/\">student hold<\/a> will be placed on your account.<\/p>\n<p>To remove the hold, you must pay the full amount, including service fees, by debit\/credit card, cashier&#8217;s check or money order.<\/p>\n<p><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\"><div class=\"list\"><p class=\"trigger\"><a href=\"#\">Payment plan<\/a><\/p><div class=\"toggle_container\"><div class=\"block\"><\/p>\n<p>A <a href=\"https:\/\/admissions.austincc.edu\/tuition-costs\/payment-plans\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"59\">payment plan<\/a> can help if you can\u2019t pay your full tuition by the deadline.<\/p>\n<p><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\"><div class=\"list\"><p class=\"trigger\"><a href=\"#\">Financial aid<\/a><\/p><div class=\"toggle_container\"><div class=\"block\"><\/p>\n<p>Your tuition and fees will be covered up to the amount of your financial aid offer. To avoid being dropped for non-payment, you must ensure payment of any remaining difference before the tuition deadline.<\/p>\n<p>Log in and compare your financial aid offer (the amount you accepted) with your tuition and fees balance.<\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/selfservice.austincc.edu\/Student\/FinancialAid\/Home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">VIEW OFFER<\/a><\/div>\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/selfservice.austincc.edu\/Student\/FinancialAid\/Home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">VIEW TUITION &amp; FEES<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<p><strong>If Your Financial Aid Covers Your Tuition Balance:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>No payment is needed. Your financial aid will be applied to your balance when your classes begin. If you are also owed a refund, you will receive it at that time.<\/p>\n<p><strong>If Your Financial Aid is Less Than Your Tuition Balance:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pay the difference to secure your classes on the same day you register. You can either:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pay your balance in full using your own funds; OR<\/li>\n<li>Contact the Financial Aid Office at 512-223-4636 immediately to set up an interest-free payment plan. Your financial aid can be used as your first payment, so you will not have to put any money down. Payment plans through financial aid must be made by the <a href=\"https:\/\/admissions.austincc.edu\/tuition-costs\/payment-plan-dates-deadlines\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"47\">payment plan deadline<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> All offers initially are offered based on full-time enrollment. Your financial aid offer is subject to change based on your actual enrollment (i.e. course selection, number of classes, etc.) and Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) status. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/students.austincc.edu\/financial-aid\/maintaining-your-financial-aid\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">See Maintaining Your Financial Aid<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Avoid Being Dropped for Non-Payment<\/h4>\n<p>You must pay any outstanding balance at registration if:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You have not received a financial aid offer or have not accepted your offer through <a href=\"https:\/\/selfservice.austincc.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Self-Service<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Your registration bill exceeds your financial aid offer.<\/li>\n<li>Your classes do not qualify for <a href=\"https:\/\/students.austincc.edu\/financial-aid\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">financial aid<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> If you have a prior balance with ACC, you will need to pay that balance before registering or paying for the current term to avoid being dropped.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Confirm Financial Aid Payment<\/h4>\n<p>Your financial aid will not be released until your courses begin each semester, so your balance will remain on your account until then. Once your courses begin, confirm your financial aid has been paid by  <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/secure.touchnet.com\/C20395_tsa\/web\/caslogin.jsp\" target=\"_blank\">checking your billing statement online<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\"><div class=\"list\"><p class=\"trigger\"><a href=\"#\">Other payment arrangements<\/a><\/p><div class=\"toggle_container\"><div class=\"block\"><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Third-party Sponsorships<\/h4>\n<p>If a sponsor is paying your tuition, (for example, your employer, a government agency, or another agency), be sure they complete the authorization process before you register.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Obtain sponsorship agreement forms from the Student Accounting Office. Contact them at 512-223-1093, or email <a href=\"mailto:accspons@austincc.edu\">accspons@austincc.edu<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>ACC must approve all third-party sponsorships.<\/li>\n<li>Before registering, confirm with your sponsor that the sponsor agreement has been approved. If you register before the sponsor is approved, you could be dropped from your classes.<\/li>\n<li>You are responsible for paying any amount not covered by the sponsor by the next payment deadline.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Scholarships<\/h4>\n<p>Dozens of scholarships are available through the generous donations of individuals, businesses, churches, civic groups, and clubs. Learn more at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.austincc.edu\/tuition-and-financial-aid\/scholarship-opportunities\/acc-scholarships\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ACC scholarships<\/a>. Also, check your local library, online search engines, and private organizations for scholarship opportunities.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prepaid Accounts<\/h4>\n<p>You may use prepaid accounts to pay tuition and fees only. Request a copy of your tuition and fees statement by emailing <a href=\"mailto:accspons@austincc.edu\">accspons@austincc.edu<\/a> or obtain a statement copy at a Cashier Office. You must pay any balance not covered by the following plans by the payment deadline or classes will be dropped.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Texas Guaranteed Tuition Fund or other states\u2019 Sponsored Tuition Funds:<\/strong> Email a copy of the ID card issued by the fund or other proof of enrollment in the fund along with a copy of your driver\u2019s license to <a href=\"mailto:accspons@austincc.edu\">accspons@austincc.edu<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>529 Plans or Trust Funds:<\/strong> You must provide a copy of your tuition and fees statement to the fund provider and request exact payment be mailed to:<br \/>Austin Community College<br \/>ATTN: Bill to Pay<br \/>6101 Highland Campus Drive, Building 3000<br \/>Austin, TX 78752<\/li>\n<li>Include your name and ACCeID number on the check.<\/li>\n<li>Payment must be for the exact amount due. Payment must be received by payment deadline or classes will be dropped.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tuition Exemptions and Waivers<\/h4>\n<p>See <a href=\"https:\/\/admissions.austincc.edu\/tuition-costs\/tuition-waivers-and-exemptions\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"43\">exemptions and waivers<\/a> available to some Texas residents.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Veterans Benefits<\/h4>\n<p>Arrange for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.austincc.edu\/students\/veterans-services\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ACC Veterans Services<\/a> before you register.<\/p>\n<p><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\"><div class=\"list\"><p class=\"trigger\"><a href=\"#\">Payment options for international students<\/a><\/p><div class=\"toggle_container\"><div class=\"block\"><\/p>\n<p>ACC has partnered with TransferMate to offer a streamlined and cost-effective payment method for international payments. TransferMate offers favorable exchange rates and a secure portal for processing your payment to ACC. See <a href=\"https:\/\/www.transfermate.com\/education\/students\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">TransferMate<\/a> for details.<\/p>\n<p>ACC only accepts wire payments of the exact tuition amount. Payments in any other amount will be refused. The application fee must be paid separately through <a href=\"https:\/\/secure.touchnet.com\/C20395_ustores\/web\/store_main.jsp?STOREID=2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ACC Marketplace<\/a>. No refunds will be processed via international wire.<\/p>\n<p><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Non-Payment<\/h2>\n<p>ACC sends delinquent installment contracts, unpaid returned checks, outstanding miscellaneous charges, and financial aid adjustments to a third-party agency for collection. You are responsible for all collection costs and attorney fees.<\/p>\n<p>Per Texas Education Code 54.007(2)(d): A student who fails to make full payment of tuition and fees by the due date may be prohibited from registering for classes until full payment is made. A student who fails to make payment prior to the end of the semester or term may be denied credit for the work done that semester or term.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Authorizing Other Users<\/h2>\n<p>You may provide another person online access to your account for payments by making them an authorized user. Setting up an authorized user does not grant ACC staff permission to discuss your student record with an authorized user*. You may edit or delete an authorized user at any time.<\/p>\n<p>1. <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/secure.touchnet.com\/C20395_tsa\/web\/caslogin.jsp\" target=\"_blank\">Log in to your account<\/a>.<br \/>2.
